It all begins with an idea.
My name is Haley Georgen and I am the creator of That Cheese Princess. I graduated Providence College in May, 2022, with a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing and a Minor in Photography.
I have always had a passion for cheese and in the summer of 2020, I decided to share that passion with others. Over quarantine during the COVID-19 pandemic, I was creating charcuterie boards for myself and my family almost every day. During my summer internship on a marketing team, I realized I could turn this passion for cheese into something bigger and better.
I began making large boards on the beach in Nantucket that gained a lot of following and attention. Due to the overwhelming amount of feedback, I decided that I would sell my boards when I returned to school at Providence College. Since September 2020, I have sold hundreds of boards, was featured in a Rhode Island magazine, a podcast, and a number of known food instagrams.
I am so grateful for everyone who has supported me this far. I love that I have the opportunity to share my passion of cheese with others and cannot wait to see where this delicious journey takes me!
